Nurse Practitioner | Hormone Health & Aesthetic Medicine


Holly Valentine is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in healthcare. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in 2007, working in high-acuity settings like the ICU and Emergency Room before earning her MSN from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2015 and becoming a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Since then, she’s blended her clinical expertise with a passion for wellness—helping patients feel their best from the inside out. Holly has spent the last six years specializing in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women, weight and metabolic management, and aesthetic medicine. She’s known for her personalized approach and ability to combine science-backed treatments with a warm, relatable style. Whether she’s optimizing hormones, guiding patients through sustainable weight loss, or delivering natural-looking aesthetic results, Holly’s goal is simple: to help you look good, feel great, and live well at every age & stage of life.

When she’s not in the clinic, Holly is a proud wife and dedicated soccer mom to 3 daughters. She enjoys outdoor adventures and  watching LSU sports. Geaux Tigers!

Family Nurse Practitioner | Primary Care

Jordan Usey Brignac is a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years in the healthcare field—five as a registered nurse and nine as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Raised in Ascension Parish, Jordan earned both her Associate and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from Our Lady of the Lake College, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University.

In 2021, Jordan was named Best Provider in Ascension Parish, a recognition that speaks to her clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and dedication to the well-being of her community. Her distinctive approach to medicine blends evidence-based Western practices with holistic therapies, driven by her personal journey. When her son developed eczema and conventional treatments proved ineffective, Jordan began exploring integrative approaches to healing—an experience that reshaped her philosophy of care. She now passionately advocates for personalized, whole-person treatment, believing that true healing is never one-size-fits-all.

Jordan is devoted to guiding each patient toward the path that best suits their unique needs, combining medical expertise with a deep respect for the mind-body connection.

She has been married to her husband, Tyler Brignac, for 14 years. Together, they have two children—Thomas, 7, and Stella, 5. Outside the clinic, Jordan enjoys attending LSU sporting events, her biweekly trips to get manicures and spending time with her family.
