Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you accept insurance?

No, and that’s on purpose. Revolution Wellness operates on a membership-based model, which means no co-pays, no surprise bills, and no third-party interference in your care. By stepping outside of the insurance system, we’re able to give you longer visits, personalized care, and direct access to your provider.

  • How does the membership work?

You pay a flat monthly fee, and in return, you receive easy access to your provider, extended appointments, messaging access, and more. Each membership plan includes different services depending on your needs— like primary care, hormone support, or weight management.

  • Can I still use my insurance for medications, labs, or specialists?

Yes! While we don’t bill insurance for our services, many of our patients still use their insurance for outside prescriptions, lab tests, imaging, or referrals. You may also be able to use your HSA/FSA savings plans to pay for your medical services at Revolution Wellness. We’ll help guide you through those options and connect you to affordable choices either way.

  • What if I don’t need care every month?

That’s totally okay. Your membership gives you peace of mind that we’re always here when you need us. Some patients come in regularly, while others only reach out a few times a year. Either way, you’ll never be penalized for how often you come—we’re here when you’re ready.

  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes— there’s is no long-term contract. We just ask for a notice period of 60 days so we can close out your care smoothly and transfer any medications, treatments, or records if needed.

  • What services are included in my membership?

It depends on your plan! Most include things like routine lab work, virtual and in-person visits, and ongoing care for your needs. Primary Care, Hormones, and Weight Management are all separate memberships. Aesthetics services are typically offered at a discounted rate for our members.

  • Do you offer one-time visits or consultations without a membership?

For your initial provider consultation and any aesthetic treatments, you do not need to have an active membership. But for full medical care and ongoing support, a membership ensures the best experience and continuity and the best experience.

  • Is this model more expensive than traditional care?

Not necessarily— it’s often more cost-effective, especially if you have a high-deductible insurance plan or don’t visit other healthcare providers often. What you’re paying for at Revolution Wellness is value—more time, more access, more holistic care, and our expertise (without any surprise fees or insurance hassle).

  • How much does it cost?

Your initial consultation (with lab work) is $199. There’s no obligation to join a membership unless you choose to.

Direct Primary Care is $100/month, and hormone replacement and other options average around $100/month. We also offer a 20% discount on Direct Primary Care if you have additional memberships(HRT, Weight Management, etc.)
